Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Should be efficient in call monitoring and giving proper feedback on time.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Assure call Quality and other tele-calling SLAs are met.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Providing professional development for their teams and setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team’s performance to date.
- Ensure targets are delivered through performance reviews with rewards given out
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Immediate joining is required.
