At DX Facilities we pride ourselves on supporting our customers with ground support taking on tasks that help our clients including government agencies to reach their potential. We have a key support network as part of the Freightways group allowing us access and support from other brands in the group such as couriers and document management.
With 20 locations across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch we specialize in a range of back-office tasks such as Mailroom management, Events Support, Reception and Concierge, and more.
We are looking for an approachable, conscientious, sharp individual who is able to efficiently troubleshoot on the spot in assisting customers and members of the public.
This is the front-facing of our team you will be working from the reception space to help smooth the day-to-day operations for our client.
Booking meeting rooms and assisting with scheduling your day will never be boring and by interacting with the general public you will have opportunities to showcase your professional approachable style of customer service.
