Job Description

This is a busy role – you will be dealing with a wide range of people both by phone and in person, and you will be responsible for a range of administration duties including a high volume of data entry. 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers at reception
  • Taking customer calls and updating on the status of repairs
  • Invoicing and receiving payments
  • Liaising with mechanics and sourcing parts when required.
  • Parking and moving of vehicles as required
  • Preparing job cards for the following day

To be successful in this role you must

  • Hold a clean driver’s license
  • Have a high standard of presentation 
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Have good computer skills and am able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Have accurate and fast data entry skills
