Job Description

This is a busy role – you will be dealing with a wide range of people both by phone and in person, and you will be responsible for a range of administration duties including a high volume of data entry.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting customers at reception
- Taking customer calls and updating on the status of repairs
- Invoicing and receiving payments
- Liaising with mechanics and sourcing parts when required.
- Parking and moving of vehicles as required
- Preparing job cards for the following day
To be successful in this role you must
- Hold a clean driver’s license
- Have a high standard of presentation
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Have good computer skills and am able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have accurate and fast data entry skills
