Job Description
This is an Office administration position working under the Administration Manager.
- Providing administration support to General Managers and teams
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities, oversea trips, etc
- Translation and interpretation from English to Japanese or vice versa
- Data entry (sales figures, accounting data, etc with SAP)
- General office management
- A business trip might be required sometimes
- General Assistance to various departments
- Ad-hoc duties
YOU
- Japanese speaking skills (Native or above business level)
- Unlimited work rights such as Partner visa, PR, Citizenship
- Administration experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel
