Job Description

This is an Office administration position working under the Administration Manager.

  • Providing administration support to General Managers and teams
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities, oversea trips, etc
  • Translation and interpretation from English to Japanese or vice versa
  • Data entry (sales figures, accounting data, etc with SAP)
  • General office management
  • A business trip might be required sometimes
  • General Assistance to various departments
  • Ad-hoc duties

YOU

  • Japanese speaking skills (Native or above business level)
  • Unlimited work rights such as Partner visa, PR, Citizenship
  • Administration experience
  • Microsoft Word, Excel
