DESCRIPTION
Experience: 15 – 20 years or more of diverse operational experience in the petroleum industry with a broad knowledge of all aspects of production, reservoir, and drilling engineering.
Extensive experience in well completion/recompletion operations, wellbore intervention techniques, and optimization of production systems.
Track record of success in managing production from both clastic and limestone reservoirs.
Proven track record of improving recovery.
Experience in the design and implementation of frac. and acid stimulation jobs for poor injectivity/ productivity formations.
Is conversant in the latest software applications for well performance evaluation and pressure transient analysis.
Design, installation, and performance monitoring of PCP, ESPs, and gas lifting. SCADA system experience preferred.
Thorough understanding of safety and environmental practices
International experience is preferable.
Project management expertise.
Excellent communication skills.
