Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Team Leader for a Group of Electricians who are repairing Trucks and Heavy Equipment inside the workshop or outside.
• Ensure a safe work environment in the workplace by arranging Toolbox talk and risk assessment of work to be done.
• Being a technical reference for Electricians in case of complicated issues
• Being a coach for the subordinates and ensuring high productivity and utilization
• Ensuring Job card closure on time
• Assist in the approval and submission of timesheets, requisitions, and hiring of men and machinery.
• Follow specified systems, processes, and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
• Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace
Diploma in Auto electrical or equivalent engineering
Professional Experience:
6 plus years of experience at A supervisory level in Trucks and Heavy Equipment Maintenance and repair.
N/A
Computer Skills:
M.S. Windows, M.S. Office (M.S. Word)
The English Language is a must.
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Trucks maintenance and repair(Hino; Renault; Mitsubishi; etc).
Strong Knowledge of Light Vehicle maintenance and repair
Strong Knowledge of Heavy equipment maintenance and repair(Forklifts; Mobile Cranes; Wheel loaders) from different brands(Grove; Tadano; Doosan; Caterpillar; etc)
Must be familiar with the GCC market
