Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests
- Assist guests to their allocated seats
- Top up ice water & clear of used plates/cutlery
- Knowledge of the menu, ability to make suggestions based on guests’ preference
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of tables, bar station, and restaurant at all times
Job Requirements
- No experience is needed, but some F&B experience would be a plus
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, team player
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
- Presentable, well-groomed
