Job Description
Responsibilities of supervisor
- Planning and supervising work of packing staff.
- Managing godowns and placement of material.
- Creating processes for increasing the output of packing staff.
- Ensuring proper record-keeping, QC (quality control), and placement of incoming material.
- Supervising and ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely dispatch of orders.
- Ensuring adequate availability of packing material at all times.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of all packaging tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of total experience and at least 2 years experience in leading/ managing labor staff.
- Preferably with experience in factory/ manufacturing.
- Should have good leadership skills.
