Our turnover was 272.2 million euros. A total of more than 2,600 people work in public services, most of whom are doctors and dentists from personnel services. Terveystalo’s Partnership Solutions is responsible for several total and partial outsourcing as well as partnerships for specialized medical care and oral health care.

TEAM LEADER NURSE

To a permanent employment relationship. The job is a two-shift job, where there is also work on Saturdays. As a team leader, you act as close support for the entire health center staff, responsible for the organization and smoothness of practical everyday life.

 You are responsible for organizing the team’s work according to the available personnel and customer needs. With your activities, you promote the team’s well-being and good management, and you are responsible for measuring these on a daily basis.

In addition, you participate in the clinical nursing work of the health center. To support you, you have the health station’s service manager, who acts as the front person of the station.
