The team you’ll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobile networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
As a scrum master, you will lead scrum teams of 4 to 7 team members in Oulu, and you will get to work with state-of-the-art tools and methods. Together with your team, you will get first-hand experience of test automation and integration of new 4G or 5G L1 end-to-end functionalities: both software and hardware.

What you will learn and contribute to
As a scrum master with us, you will
- Facilitate the scrum-related work of the team or of a group of teams
- Act as a gatekeeper for the scrum framework, facilitating scrum events as needed
- Be an agile coach for the agile teams
- Strive to create high value together with the teams
Your skills and experience
You are proactive and independent. You have great communication skills that allow you to feel comfortable in a team and motivate colleagues. Our language at work is English, so you are fluent enough to work with others. You enjoy learning on the job.
- You have an understanding of the agile methodology
- Previous experience from working as a scrum master
- JIRA backlog management
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software or equivalent education.
- Python, GIT, and Jenkins competencies are an advantage
