Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional marketing and communications leader to join our award-winning organization as maternity cover for 12 months. Overseeing a fast-paced Marketing and Brand Team, at a truly pivotal time for the organization.
You will be at the heart of several key projects and developments for the business and shape our already strong reputation. We are seeking someone who can play a leading role in how we tell our distinctive story to a range of audiences.
From our customers, new and future colleagues, and other key stakeholders, your strategic approach will help shape our reputation in Salford, Greater Manchester, and beyond.
Are you the person we are looking for?
As an experienced skilled communications professional who has successfully led teams to deliver high-quality marketing and communications services in a fast-paced environment, you will be confident in ensuring efficient and effective services are delivered.
With solid experience in developing and delivering successful high-impact plans and campaigns that have improved stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, you will lead our drive to further transform our internal communications and develop compelling customer-focused communications strategies and campaigns.
Knowledge of the political and policy environment and other influencing factors affecting the sector would be desirable as you advance and protect Salix Homes’s reputation and direct our external affairs activity.
As a champion of excellent digital user experience, you will also identify and maximize opportunities to create seamless UX for customers on our digital platforms to maximize impact and increase digital transactions and engagement.
