A day in the life
You will represent Nestlé across our Grocery channel including Countdown, Foodstuffs, and independent stores.
As a member of the merchandising team, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of visual standards and be at the forefront of our displays and products in-store.
Flexibility is important. Your standard total hours will be with your days of work being morning shifts on Monday and Thursday, but with the ability to work additional hours to provide cover for other team members.
You will be supported by local Territory Managers and the Head Office Merchandising team however, to be successful in this role, you will need to work autonomously.
This role will allow you to build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent Nestlé with pride, positivity, and passion.

Ideally, you will
- Be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes
- Be physically able to lift stock for the building of displays and utilize Nestle’s creative point of sale
- Be proficient in using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and
- Be a great communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Applicants must have full New Zealand working rights and have a current, valid driver’s license. A safe reliable motor vehicle is essential.
