Amazon’s fast grocery delivery business is looking for a bright, customer-obsessed, driven, and creative candidate to join our team. You will help the Marketing execute online marketing and merchandising campaigns: launching store merchandising and promotional plans, improving customer experience on-site, and helping generate traffic and sales.
You will also provide support to drive category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality product detail pages, and making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.
To achieve success in this role, you will have strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills. You will also be comfortable picking up new technologies quickly. You’ll have strong communication skills and experience building positive working relationships.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree required.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in oral and written communication, multi-tasking, and quantitative analysis.
- This position also requires prior experience with presentation, organization, and/or account management.
- Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and with a high degree of autonomy.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years experience doing one of several roles: product/project management, marketing, or e-commerce.
- The ability to quickly learn a varied set of software and editing tools is necessary.
- Prior experience with presentation, organization, and account/vendor management is preferred.
