With fewer restrictions comes more travel both nationally and internationally and we are gearing up our operations to adapt to this change. We have an opportunity for a Rental Operation Agent to join our team and be the face of our business!
About the Role
From our customer counter, you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services, and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles (mainly on weekends) from time to time.
What we are looking for
- A full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s license is essential for this role
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
you will be required to work as per our rotating roster which could include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
