Brief Description and Service Responsibly
- Perform customer order fulfillment services with SOX compliance, FSOP, and import/export requirements.
- Work with trading operation team, logistics for import & export & local delivery.
- The support sales team for payment collection.
- Work closely with the sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSR service.
- Be a key player in the order process fulfillment and improvement.
- Responsible for both international and domestic order process
- Support other business activities as required.
