Job Description: The outlet manager is responsible for business operations including managing clients/customers and managing the supply chain including all levels of suppliers.
Coordinating with various levels of suppliers within Singapore and overseas. Responsible and innovative in designing the food menu and managing the kitchen operations with the staff allowed.
Responsible for upkeeping the quality within the kitchen and as well as gathering feedback from the customers for continuous development. To continue to monitor the vendor quality and do perform audits on the provisions supplied to ensure good quality is maintained
Requirements – Familiar with preparation and management of outlet all Indian cuisines especially North Indian, South Indian, Jain, and Vegan dishes. In addition to English able to fluently converse in Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu to foster good relationships with customers.
Tasks
- Monitor supply chain, receipts, and delivery
- Monitor the food and kitchen hygiene audit.
- Conduct training for the kitchen staff
- Innovative ideas to impart for the Menu and collect feedback
- Perform surveys and improvise the menu to improve business returns
- Monitor compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Perform customer surveys and improve processes.
