Job Description
An effective Telecaller representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting Jetking products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. His/Her main Goal will be to set an appointment and increase the walk-ins in the Center.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
Contact potential customers to inform them about Products and use scripts
Setting an appointment in the Center and ensuring they visit the Center.
Answer questions about Products/services of the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Marathi/Hindi/English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
