We are seeking full life cycle US Recruitment Junior Recruiters. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing, collecting interview feedback, and helping negotiate rates of contractors.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Source for applicants whose skills would fit open positions.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Scheduling of interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
