M&A Analyst Intern
- Creatively identifying and analyzing mid-market software businesses meeting our strategic criteria and specific financial/operational metrics
- Maintaining and building a proprietary database of key industry contacts
- Conducting industry research to support business development activities
- Growing our prospect database by identifying businesses meeting our investment criteria
- Identifying relevant research organizations, advisory groups, and trade conferences
- Supporting the larger team on other business development-related projects and with ad-hoc analysis
You will have the freedom and responsibility to work autonomously but also directly with a highly engaged team building out a global business.
Our team and culture are highly growth oriented and include a mix of seasoned founders, CEOS, sales & marketing, and product leaders as well as M&A and business development professionals who work hard and have fun doing it.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have or pursuing a relevant post-secondary degree in Business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional presentation skills regardless of the stakeholder level
- Self-motivated individual with an authority to perform independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
