Our face-to-face research includes data collection for many clients including local, state, and federal government agencies and academic institutions.
On a daily basis, our interviewers are engaging with the community and ask important questions about life in Australia. They are the face of Roy Morgan to the community and as such are critical to our business.
About The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager to join Roy Morgan to lead its panel and survey operations. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, This is a unique position within Roy Morgan in an area that is core to the company’s future growth.
Your day-to-day:
- Manage company programming resource requirements
- Manage onshore and offshore programmer workloads and ensure they are meeting all objectives
- Prioritize programming requirements to ensure all projects are completed on time and to quality expectations
- Manage communications to project directors to ensure all surveys are programmed according to client expectations
- Monitoring the surveys during fieldwork and sending toplines and other data to project staff as necessary.
- Quality checking of the survey setup and ongoing project quota management
- Complete end-of-project audits with feedback on project outcomes, successes, and challenges
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A positive ‘can-do attitude with the flexibility and willingness to work as part of the team
- Experience in market research and survey programming management is highly desirable
