· Properly guiding, analyzing & recording requirements of clients while keeping in mind the company’s Gap Analysis constraints & policies.
· Giving proper online user training to clients.
· Guiding about the server/hardware configuration.
· Preparing Site Readiness Form, customer site report, Gap Analysis Form/scope of work, Software maintenance Points, MOM, Training Job card, implementation Sign-off from the client.
· Provide online support via online session whenever required to the Client.
· Your primary responsibility is to take care of the client.
· Given the proper flow of any new process with DFD diagrams.
· Take regular feedback from clients on newly implemented projects.
· Give and take proper feedback on all tasks & projects.
· Gathering & providing as much information related to competitors.
· Any other relevant job assigned by the management occasionally.
