About the job
We currently have an opportunity for a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at our Vault in the Calgary branch. The Vault acts as a distribution center for the Branch, in which all incoming and outgoing parcels, coin orders/deposits are documented and maintained under strict Security and Operating Procedures.
In addition, the Vault staff assists with Coin Rolling processing. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for all aspects of the Vault Operations and Coin Rolling processing.
This is a part-time union hourly position. The candidate must be available to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday.
As a member of the Inside Operations team, you will:
- Checking the crews in and out on the OCEAN application
- Verifying incoming and outgoing parcels
Data entry - Computer skills
- Generating paperwork and filing
- Answering incoming phone calls and liaising with crews on the radios
- Demonstrating excellent customer service with both internal & external customers
- Balancing and auditing vault contents and crew runs
- Ensuring adherence to established SLA’s
- Coin rolling
- Troubleshooting
- Other general vault responsibilities as required
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent data entry skills
- Has a valid Possession and Acquisitions License for both restricted and Non-Restricted
- Experience working in a vaulting environment is preferred
- Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Action oriented, able to maintain composure under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Available to work various shifts
- Physical ability to roll coin which consists of repetitive bending, extended standing in one position and lifting coin bags/bins up to 50 pounds
