Job Description

Invoice Creation Complete Process
- Make an invoice on basis of the approved loading sheet and customer PO provided and duly approved by the factory head.
- No of Invoice.
- Approval of each invoice made in SAP.
Weekly
- Get the invoice approved by the concerned person.
- Generate SCN/ASN and E Way Bill as per compliance.
Dispatch details/ Sales Register
- Before handover of invoice check whether the material is going with our own vehicle or third party transport, if going through our own vehicle need to collect receiving by next day or if going by third party transport collect LR copy before handover of invoice.
Dispatch details
- Scan and upload all the Invoice/E waybill/ Loading sheet/ receiving/LR/Docket in SAP.
- Send the dispatch report of the previous day’s dispatches before 10:15 am to the sales manager or key account manager.
- Circulate sales register on daily basis to HOD of that sales division by keeping cc to HOD of finance, Factory head, sales head, and MD.
