Account Executive
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in media, marketing, or advertising, with a focus on programmatic media sales.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with strategic and consultative sales.
- Experience in building relationships at executive levels.

Knowledge of online media buying and selling processes, and of DSPs, SSPs, and/or Ad Exchanges.
- Ability to be flexible/adaptable in practicing judgment in a changing environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to speak and write in European languages (e.g., German, Swedish, Dutch, French, etc.) fluently.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed quarterly and annual goals.
- Drive account and business planning.
- Coordinate with teams within Google to ensure a relationship with Exchange Bidders and Authorized buyers.
- Monitor industry trends, and landscape, and identify risks to the business, taking action to mitigate them.
- Manage a consultative approach to devising strategies to achieve client goals.
