• Support our design project teams with project management 
• Grow your project management skills and how to run a healthy operation

• Collaborate remote/on-site with multidisciplinary design teams
• Own controlling, budget, and time management in our projects 
• Work on ad hoc day-to-day local project controlling
• Drive change and improve our way of back-office operations
• Help our studios with general administrative and operational tasks
• Work in a global strategic design environment and learn more about different design disciplines

We would like you to be…

• Good at facilitating, structured and organized
• Comfortable coordinating and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Open-minded and curious to learn more about different aspects of a strategic design business 
• Someone who can work independently and follow through to meet tight deadlines
• A proactive team player with a “here to help” attitude
• A bachelor’s graduate and/or with a few years of experience from a related role 
• Experienced in working with the MS Office package, and Excel in particular 
• Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
