HR Administrator

The Human Resources (HR) Administrator is an important member of the overall HR function for the Company’s Europe Division. The Administrator will support the team by conducting administrative work in a variety of areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking to expand their experience with a global organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for onboarding operations including background checks, verification of paperwork, and ensuring requirements are met for the new employee to being work.
  • Establish employee profiles within the HR database.
  • Conduct research most commonly around personnel files and background checks.
  • Oversight of medical examinations through scheduling and monitoring for completion.
  • Serve as the HR point of contact for new employees.
  • Assist HR leadership with the drafting of contracts and other HR-related documents.
  • Assess current HR processes and procedures and help improve these when possible.
  • Assist with other HR-related topics including employee relations concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s is preferred in a relevant discipline.
  • Prior exposure to functioning in Human Resources is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated efficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Multilingual is considered a plus.
  • Results-oriented approach with keen attention to quality and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of team members.
  • Ability to learn the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.

Reporting Relationships

Reports to a senior HR member.
