Job Description
Spire Manchester Hospital, located in Didsbury has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on an initial Fixed Term basis for a minimum of 12 months. This is a real opportunity to develop a career within the Healthcare sector.
You will be part of an essential business support function providing an accurate and efficient HR support service to our teams, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the department and a high level of customer care.
The Human Resources Function is the focal point for all employee-related activities across the site. You will take full ownership of the HR Process for the Hospital including Employee Relations, Induction, Training, Reporting, Absence Management, and Supporting our Senior Management Team in a range of capacities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will assist the teams with Absence Management and weekly reporting via Oracle and Excel
- Delivering and implementing Inductions and Training across our teams
- To deal with inquiries from staff in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner. This may be by face-to-face or by telephone.
- To practice and maintain a high standard of confidentiality at all times and exercise absolute discretion in the use of all patient/consultant and staff information.
Who we’re looking for –
We are looking for someone who has HR experience, with the ability to cope with a busy environment.
Someone who is able to manage their time effectively, who works on their own initiative, and who has great attention to detail.
If you are proactive, are a good team player, and have a great eye for detail then this is the role for you!
We welcome applications from those with strong MS Office and Oracle experience
You must also have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
