Our busy Hampton by Hilton hotel in Park Royal is looking for an enthusiastic new team member, known as a Guest Service Assistant (GSA), to help support our team in delivering a fantastic experience for each and every guest in Reception, the bar, restaurant, and beyond. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week with a salary of £20,337 plus benefits.
As a Guest Service Assistant, you’ll be working directly with our guests, so you’ll need to be confident, outgoing, and adaptable. You’ll be trained to work in Reception, the bar, the restaurant and meeting facilities so you’ll gain valuable skills in a friendly team. As a representative of the Hampton by Hilton brand, you’ll use your friendly personality to offer proactive and natural service, ensuring guests feel pleased with their choice to visit us.
