Job Description
We are now looking for a COOK for our client, Lapland Hotels Pallas, with a la carte skills for the autumn season. The idyll of Pallas includes wonderful landscapes, a relaxed atmosphere, and, above all, our country’s first hotel in the foothills.
The traditional Lapland Hotels Pallas. The intimate 150-seat log restaurant of Lapland Hotels Pallas serves those who return to the fells year after year with a tasty and rich breakfast buffet and a delicious and very high-quality ála carte menu.
The duties include all the duties of a chef, but they focus on the ála carte kitchen. The work will start on and will last until the end of the autumn season.
We require you
- Education in the restaurant industry and work experience as a chef for at least 1 year.
- Ability to work in a busy work environment and also work alone during your shift.
- Finnish and English language skills.
- Hygiene passport and a valid food worker’s certificate
