Job Description
Alcedo Care is recruiting professional Live-in carers throughout the North-West of England. Packages will be located across the North – West so you must be willing to travel to various locations within the region.
These packages will be for various durations and will be at various levels of complexity based on your experience. Although training will be provided, previous experience is required for this post.
Being a professional Live-in Care is a unique opportunity to provide the very best care that enables your client to remain living in the place they love most, their own home.
You may need to assist with personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, administering medication, and moving and handling as well as being a trusted companion and someone the customer can rely on.
What does the role of a professional live-in carer involve?
- Helping with personal care tasks, such as washing and dressing
- Medication administration
- Moving and handling
- Housekeeping duties; cooking and cleaning
- Managing medical conditions, specific to each customer

What we require from you
- 12 months of care experience preferred
- UK driving license preferred but not essential
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluent in spoken and written English
