- Managing & Responsible for Hyperlocal Stores’ Operations matrix
- Analyzing store level Weekly/ Monthly Performance
- Ensuring Stores’ SLAs achievement.
- Ensuring that Store Level CPS Targets are achieved.
- Solving day-to-day operational issues with stores and 3PL.
- Identifying improvement areas, performing RCA, and strategizing mitigation Plan.
- Ensuring Inventory Hygiene & losses Reco.
