What does Coor offer you and the job duties?
We offer you permanent and full-time employment (37.5 hours/week) in a friendly team. Work shifts are on weekdays and Saturdays, varying between 7:00 and 18:00. The customer destinations are Helsinki’s best-known value hotels and you work in close cooperation with the hotel staff. You can also get to work conveniently by public transport.
Your tasks include technical property maintenance tasks and maintenance of the hotels’ small outdoor areas depending on the season.
You are?
We expect you to:
- Several years of experience in property management
- Property manager’s professional qualification or similar training
- Good customer service skills
- Experience with fire detectors and sprinkler devices
Experience in hotel properties, pool equipment, and pool maintenance is preferred but not essential. The person selected for the position must have good Finnish language skills. The person selected for the position will undergo a drug test.
You need a firework card, occupational safety card, and waterwork card for the task. Training can, however, be organized after the employment relationship begins. In addition, you are as nice and uncomplicated a colleague as your future colleagues.
