Our Meetings and Events department features a range of flexible function rooms and offers a perfect venue for corporate events from business meetings to large conferences as well as an elegant setting for weddings and social gatherings. We are now looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Meetings and Events department. The position is permanent and full-time.

Your main tasks as a Waiter/Waitress are to provide high-quality 5* customer service and be a part of the seamless execution of all our events with the help of the whole Meeting and event team.  The daily tasks include taking care of the food and beverage servings according to orders, dinner waiting, helping guests with their various requests, and setting up and cleaning meeting rooms. 

You are the person we are looking for if you have a positive attitude and good communication skills. You also have a strong background in the F&B industry since our operations are quite hectic.  Also, our guests are expecting from our excellent service and technical writing skills.

We also appreciate the initiative to work and the systematic and flexible attitude. You can communicate at least in English, preferably in Finnish also. The genuine interest in taking care of our guests’ unique events in accordance with the values ​​of Hotel Kämp, putting your own person in the game, is essential. Our operation is open all year round and 24 hours a day, so you need to be prepared to work both evenings and holidays.
