We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Project Administrator to join our team. This role supports projects in our Advisory and Planning division by providing timely, efficient, and professional project administration support to Project Managers using the ERP system and project databases.
What does the role involve?
As our Project Administrator, you’ll Support, co-ordinate and facilitate the adherence to the Project Management Framework (PMF), setting up and updating projects in the ERP system, ensuring it reflects the latest financial position by liaising with Project Managers, and ensuring all project-related documentation is saved in the project folder.
You’ll support Project Managers to determine what can be invoiced and ensure invoices and applications for payment are issued in a timely manner liaise with the Technical team if needed and ensure payment is received in line with our agreed terms, highlighting any potential delays or issues.
You’ll coordinate documentation and personnel required for project-related audits such as Health & Safety or Finance and produce project-related reports using the ERP systems reporting tool and/or MS Excel as requested and provide bid support as required.
To be successful in this role you’ll:
- Have a clear understanding of processes within an engineering or construction-based environment
- Have a good understanding of financial project management systems and quality management systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively, delivering to agreed deadlines
- Skilled in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
