Full-time Hours:
Monday – Friday 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Part-time hours:
Monday – Friday 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Various split shifts are available upon request!

Comprehensive Training:

To ensure you’re equipped for success, we deliver an extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length. We also offer ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively responds to inbound telephone inquiries regarding general account status and account-related procedures.
  • Maintains accurate account records.
  • Reports fraudulent activity and lost/stolen cards to Security/Loss Prevention departments.
  • Ensures policies and procedures are followed on each account.
  • Assists with in-bound processing fee call by obtaining processing fees for account activation.
  • Assist customers with navigating and/or enrolling through the company website.
  • Required to remain current on all policy and procedure changes.
  • Required to take all regulatory exams as necessary to meet compliance standards.
  • Ensures various state and federal regulations are followed on all applicable calls.
  • Identifies and reports systemic and technical issues affecting customers and/or individual workstations or systems.
  • Adheres to all required scripting and/or stays within the parameters of recommended scripting.
  • Communicates account benefits and financial incentives in order to retain accounts on an as-needed basis.
  • Ensures all department standards are met including work rules and attendance standards.
  • Maintains an average rating on customer satisfaction surveys.
