About the role

The Luxury Closet is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and self-organized sales professional to join our Sales team.

As part of this client-centric role, The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for actively developing key and long-lasting relationships with our clients, delivering expectational luxury experiences,s and becoming an ambassador of The Luxury Closet.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional client services, including attending to walk-in clients in our flagship store, responding to customer questions, and improving engagement with merchandise to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Defining action plans for each client and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Keeping up to date with all current fashion trends and advising customers accordingly on stock availability at The Luxury Closet.
  • Managing Online pick-up orders as well as coordinating with internal departments to ensure all orders are dispatched/ returned in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with clients via WhatsApp for any inquiries in-store, as well as Cross-selling and creating awareness for current promotions.
  • Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions for in-store purchases.
  • Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor as well as managing cycle counts of the store’s current items.
  • Preparing items before displaying in the store, ensuring price tags and product IDs are aligned.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 Years of previous work experience in a Luxury Retail Sales position is required.
  • Excellent English and Arabic communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong client development and communication skills to ensure expectational service standards.
  • Ability to multi-task and an eye for attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of the luxury market.
