Job Description

Based in the UAE, the Middle East Private Office Team is looking to recruit a proactive Associate Partner to work within the Private Office. With a focus on prime and super prime residential transactions throughout Knight Frank’s international network.

Reporting as the Partner of the team, you will be responsible for the management of existing applicant searches and clients whilst proactively recruiting new ones and maintaining a high professional profile within the market, built on trust and integrity. All undertaken as part of a dedicated team with direct training focused on achieving set sales targets. 


Business Generation & Fee Income

  • Working alongside the Private Office Partners on prime and super prime sales and lettings
  • Contributing to income generation for Middle East PO
  • Partake in business generation through generating new business leads and attending seminars and conferences
  • Present market research and updates to clients and their advisors in private or open public forums
  • Help manage existing, and continue to find buyers and tenants
  • Attend pitches and help onboard new sales and lettings instructions
  • Refer business opportunities across the business
  • Arranging viewing schedules and tours and conducting viewings as appropriate
  • Assisting in email outbound and online/social marketing
  • Database management and responsibility for keeping it up to date
  • Transaction / Client Administrative support (relating to client management, sales or lettings instructions, or live transactions)
  • Understanding the various Global Markets that HNWIs are active in; is important to quickly develop a general understanding and have a sound knowledge of all aspects of property values, and market movements, together with a keen awareness of local competition
  • Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a high professional standard
  • Travel internationally as required to meet with clients in the wider region

Client Care

  • Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner; weekly reporting.
  • Help Private Office Partners with ongoing management of their key clients

Professional Standards

  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership
  • Adhere to the partnership values and standards


  • Perform other tasks delegated by the Partner in charge as required
  • Deputize the Partner in charge when they are not available
  • Liaise with members of other departments and get to know the individuals and their markets both for the purpose of obtaining information in support of valuations and also to keep an eye on cross-selling of business

Professional experience and personal skills profile

Career Experience Required

  • 4-6+ years’ experience in a property sales role ideally in Prime & Super prime sectors in the UK, Middle East, or other international markets
  • The Arabic language is a major plus

  • Proactive, focussed, collaborative, ambitious self-starter willing to work as part of a larger team
  • The experience, ability, and enthusiasm to make and maintain contacts for the profitable development of business
  • To work efficiently, and diligently, in what is a fast-paced environment with a demanding client base
  • To have an empathic understanding of different cultures, and their respective nuances, that impact how we implement our day-to-day business
  • Dedicated energetic sales professional with experience in a sales agency environment
  • The ability to contribute to the formulation of business strategies with the Partner in charge of the development of the sector and implement them positively
  • The ability and willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated tasks
  • The ability to comprehend and make use of computers and information technology
  • A willingness and flexibility to work loyally as part of a team
  • A willingness and flexibility to travel, when needed
