POSITION
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team!
Duties & Responsibitlies
- Build strong relationships with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities
- Discover and present business insights to help stakeholders make better decisions through data analyses
- Create self-serving Power BI and Data Studio dashboards with meaningful metrics to improve the scalability and effectiveness of data analyses
- Maintain and upgrade existing dashboards to cater to new requests
- Train stakeholders to be proficient in using the dashboards
PROFILE
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or other relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, preferably from a consumer cyclical industry
- Experience in translating complex datasets into actionable and digestible insights for broad audiences through effective communication
- Possesses a problem-solving mindset that overcomes current limitations
- Interest in consumer behavior, both online and offline
- Familiarity with CRM and Web Analytics; E-Commerce Operations, such as Delivery and Payment methods is a plus
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Google Analytics; Python and Cognos being a plus
