Job Description
For our client, we are looking for skilled construction managers and project managers in the areas of Construction and Real Estate in Drammen, Tønsberg, and Porsgrunn in Norway. Project management buildings and real estate mainly work on project development, early phases, and implementation of construction projects.
Responsibilities and main tasks
- Project management of projects within the Construction & Real Estate sector.
- Daily project follow-up of projects in the public and private market.
- Meeting management, process management, financial management, handling of alerts and requirements, progress planning, SHA, quality control, etc.
- Ensure good projects and satisfied customers.
Requirements
- A few years of experience in project-oriented activities, either from the builder’s side or from the contractor.
- Customer-oriented, holistic, and committed to quality, results, and service to our clients.
- Formal expertise in project management and project management is an advantage.
- A confident project manager, analytical, actionable, visionary, and accountable.
- Good communication ability both orally and in writing.
- Education is most likely a bachelor’s or master’s level in building and real estate.
- It will be an advantage if you have an anchor in the market and know the industry.
