Main Role Responsibilities and Progression:

  • Monitoring communications and making sure response is directed to the relevant people.
  • Respond and liaise with customers, suppliers, and others as appropriate.
  • Supporting business arrangements such as bookings and meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with the wider members and management when required.
  • Liaising with external clients on behalf of the team when required.
  • Controlling Directors diaries
  • Maintain the day-to-day running of the office
  • Stock Management
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

Your Attributes, Abilities/Knowledge:

  • Organized and focused.
  • Provide a professional manner and be a confident communicator.
  • Preferred understanding of Admin work.
  • Lead by example and be willing to support the team in a ‘hands-on’ manner.
  • Highly organized and strong administration skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Must possess an understanding of email, word processing & spreadsheets
