Main Role Responsibilities and Progression:
- Monitoring communications and making sure response is directed to the relevant people.
- Respond and liaise with customers, suppliers, and others as appropriate.
- Supporting business arrangements such as bookings and meetings.
- Communicate effectively with the wider members and management when required.
- Liaising with external clients on behalf of the team when required.
- Controlling Directors diaries
- Maintain the day-to-day running of the office
- Stock Management
- Ad hoc duties as and when required

Your Attributes, Abilities/Knowledge:
- Organized and focused.
- Provide a professional manner and be a confident communicator.
- Preferred understanding of Admin work.
- Lead by example and be willing to support the team in a ‘hands-on’ manner.
- Highly organized and strong administration skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Must possess an understanding of email, word processing & spreadsheets
