In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

You will plan, organize, drive and monitor the sales and promotional activities of Philips Personal Health products, and meet the key financial and non-financial parameters set out for the assigned key accounts. ​

  • Developing, maintaining, and improving relations with a limited number of key accounts to keep or to set Philips as a preferred supplier.  
  • Initiate and coordinate all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.  
  • Create an account plan for each key account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategies and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.  
  • Create and implement action programs for and with the key accounts to improve the performance of Philips.
  • Drive the performance of the functions in the key-account team to get it done.  
  • Systematically analyzes and reports sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to make proposals for improvement.​​

The Sales Team in the Personal Health Singapore business will work with the wider team like Marketing, and Supply Chain colleagues to meet your overall business goals. In this role, you will be reporting to the Sales Lead, Personal Health Singapore, and Emerging Markets. ​

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Possess Diploma and above tertiary education qualification 
  • Possess 5 to 8 years of Key Account Management/ Sales experience in the Consumer Products or related industry
  • Experience managing retailers, distributors, and dealers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; and written and oral communication skills
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to be detailed and strategic
  • Independent with the ability to build strategic partnerships with customers across all levels
