WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Receive and respond to customer calls regarding questions, concerns, delivery, sales, and service issues
- Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service, and store departments
- Follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to handle difficult situations with customers
- Basic computer and typing skills needed
- Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
- Must be dependable and self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Call center experience preferred

We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on the workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
