Brief on The Role
- Conduct online live classes for the students.
- Build strong conceptual foundations for the students.
- Establish a 1:1 connection with the students.
- Coaching & Mentoring students.
- Onboarding newly enrolled students.
- Helping students with their doubts during & after live classes.
- Content Development.
- Responsible for Academic growth of students & parents’ satisfaction.
Qualification
- B.Tech/M.tech or M.Sc/MBBS/BDS in the field of (respective subject) from a reputed institute.
Required Skills
- Excellent reasoning and communication skills.
- Can explain complex concepts in simple ways.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Comfortable working 8 hours per day and 6 days/week (Wednesday will be weekly off tentative).
