The Transaction Banking ServicesTBS unit provides a full-featured product suite covering Trade and Supply Chain Finance Cash Management and Payment Solutions which enables clients to optimize their working capital and also build efficiency and automation in their day-to-day business operations
Brief Description:
- Business Analyst is a special role that is introduced within a squad sometimes to help
- Product Owners in Requirement Elicitation
- Documentation and Product Backlog creation
- While they support product owners in day-to-day work but they should not be confused with the Product Owner role at all as their span of
- Responsibility is mostly limited to assisting product owner in Requirements Elicitation and acting as Functional Test Leads
Detailed Description:
- Ensure that all new business Requirement Document BRDs are reviewed and accepted by all stakeholders
- For approved BRDs ensure timely creation of Functional Specifications DocumentFSDs and set delivery timelines with the vendor and impacted platform owners accordingly
- Review prioritize and publish the channel backlog at regular intervals
- Conduct epic feature prioritization and customer Usability Testing workshops
- Leverage automated testing tools and scripts to optimize testing efficiency
- Communicate the product release plan to all stakeholders
- Conduct comprehensive production sanity involving pilot clients prior to launch
- Owner of all Technology Risks Issues Problem Tickets Audit Issues and Resiliency issues technical Debt which exists on the business product
- Responsible to get them resolved with the help of the squad as per defined SLAs and committed timelines
Job Requirements:
- Test Strategy and execution plan

Additional Details
- Bachelors degree
- 7 years of regional banking industry experience with specialization in Cash and Payment Product delivery
- Ability to translate business discussions for technical teams and likewise technical discussions for business stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills with good spoken English
- Work closely with relationship and coverage teams
- Ability to think broadly and have a holistic approach
- Clear communication and articulation skills
