Job description
Charterhouse is working with an Architectural Consultancy, who is looking to hire an Architect to join they’re rapidly growing, award-winning team.
As the Architect, you will lead project from inception through to completion, working on residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects on a global remit.
About the role
You will be responsible for project delivery from inception through to completion, covering concept design, schematics and construction drawings. You will adapt plans accordingly, prepare and review designs as well as make specifications of cost estimates in relation to the project.
Furthermore, you will liaise directly with the client regarding recommendations and updates on the project whilst advising on changes, possible concept solutions and documentation.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have minimum of 12 years’ experience, 6 of which gained in the UAE as well as extensive experience delivering projects from concept till completion.
It is essential you have a bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. You should also be up to date with the latest Computer Software and have a proven track record delivering large scale projects.
