As an Airport Service manager (2), your role is to provide support to SITA contracted customers via a local dedicated (single airport) or regional designated model (multiple airports) in line with the newly defined SITA airport support model.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

Demonstrated professional experience in a university or college setting with a proven record of achievement and success. Demonstrated experience in community mobilization or development programs combined with experience as a student affair professional in a post-secondary institution is preferred.

Proven planning, organizational and decision-making skills, coupled with the ability to establish and respond to priorities. Team player, with a proven ability to take responsibility and deliver results with minimum direction and oversight, in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple activities and projects at the same time. Must be composed under pressure with an ability to cope effectively with change. Proven proficiency in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques required.

Content and project management expertise is strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written French and English communication skills. Knowledge of French and English.
