Job Description
As the Project Administrator based in London, your role will be to:
- Deliver end-to-end booking management process for training sessions
- Sourcing and creating program schedules for clients
- Downloading and formatting client feedback reports
- Attending briefing calls with clients and formulating program briefs
- Coordinating with our network of coaches for timely and informed feedback
- Administrative support for the office, project, logistics, and team coordination
Other Details: Hybrid working – 2/3 split – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm – Very flexible and fun environment!
The Successful Applicant
You’ll be a successful candidate as the Project Administrator based in London if you;
- Experience delivering projects in a fast-paced, client-facing role
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and navigate situations calm
- Immediately Available or Short Notice!

You’ll be offered a competitive salary between £180 – £200 per day! This is a 3-month guaranteed position with the opportunity to be extended.
