About The Position

  • The Customer Care Administrator provides sales and support to Kinetico customers.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work in the location in which they are applying and currently live in the local region where the position is posted. Relocation costs and Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Key Areas Of Responsibilities

  • Serves as Kinetico’s public face on the phones, in the retail store, and in online space.
  • Monitors all incoming communications and ensures they are being looked after.
  • Prepares a weekly report on incoming communication activity.
  • Greets and assists retail store walk-in customers.
  • Processes retail store product sales.
  • Serves as liaison with the sales team for sales requests.
  • Manages and reconciles retail store inventory.
  • Reports daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales.
  • Ensures displays are maintained and the workspace is safe and clean.
  • Provides administrative duties as necessary.
  • Opens, sorts and distributes daily mail.
  • Handles catering needs for office meetings and training seminars.
  • Orders office supplies and manages kitchen supplies ensuring organization and cleanliness.
  • Arranges maintenance of company assets such as photocopier, internet, and phone systems.
  • Serves as liaison with parent company on health and wellness programs

Job Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

  • A High School Diploma with 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Must be professional and show initiative.
  • Must have a strong work ethic, be initiative-taking, action and goal-oriented, and have above-average organizational skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize as instructed and be flexible to change priorities as needed.
  • Must have a proven “customer-centric” focus; understand customer service and the value of creating a positive experience for the customer.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficient abilities with Word and Excel.
  • Must be dependable and have integrity
  • Must have knowledge of business, administrative, and clerical procedures, and systems.

This position is onsite, M-F, 8:30-4:30.
